I have an iPhone 12 mini right now and the battery life is so bad. In the Top 5% of largest communities on Reddit. Pro to my dad for his Iphone 11 Pro Max.
I find this really interesting, as my M1 11” Pro gets brilliant battery life. It can last for well over 9 hours if I’m just doing light work, like making lecture notes, with the odd bit of web browsing and sketching in another app. Obviously when things become much more intense, like playing a heavy game, battery life decreases a lot. Yep, my iPhone 12’s health is 88%. Bought late October ‘20. Per Apple, since it’s above 80%, it’s “fine.”. I’m planning on upgrading next year and giving the 12 to my mom, but I’ll definitely have to get the battery replaced first — thankfully I have AC+, so it should be free once it hits 79%. Strangely, mine did this too. iPhone 14 Pro but on its initial software. Battery life was terrible, maybe not as bad as yours, but after about a month, and after the iPhone learns how you use it, it has gotten way better. My battery life lasts for a full day and I've even pulled an all nighter with it.
